Psychi is a UK based climbing & fitness brand brought to life by a team of adventure sports enthusiasts, which makes us perfectly suited to providing for our customers needs as we are passionate about designing the best products at affordable prices. We are recognised for our outstanding approach to customer service.

Based in the Peak District with a growing customer based both in the UK, Europe, and worldwide. We currently have 18 athletes under our sponsorship including 10 on the British Climbing Team and Para Climbing Team.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AT PSYCHI?

Head Honcho!

WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT PSYCHI HQ, HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR SPARE TIME?

You’ll usually find me out climbing, on the road bike or fell-running - mostly in the Peak District and always followed by a pint in the pub.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE PART OF WORKING AT PSYCHI?

It’s great to have seen Psychi grow into an established UK brand from my first box of chalk balls back in 2013. Having my passion and work combined has always been the dream and working with like minded friends makes it even better!

FAVOURITE PIECE OF PSYCHI GEAR & WHY?

Our bouldering pads! They’re hardwearing and make the perfect landing for the training board at Psychi HQ!

WHAT DO MOST PEOPLE NOT KNOW ABOUT YOU?

I’ve summited Mont Blanc 3 times, run an Ultra Marathon and walked to the most remote pub in the UK.

WHAT’S ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?

To run the Cape Wrath Ultra Marathon, complete the Arctic Trail in Greenland and to climb ‘Masters Edge’.

WHAT’S YOUR ROLE AT PSYCHI?

I do all our design stuff for products and marketing material and keep the website up to date. I also keep busy in the warehouse if I've been at my desk for too long.

WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT PSYCHI HQ, HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR SPARE TIME?

Depending on whether I'm in a healthy or a party mood, I'll either be running in the Peak District, cycling, in a pub and/or watching live music.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE PART OF WORKING AT PSYCHI?

I think my favourite part of working at Psychi would have to be the Psychi Festivals. It’s just great to get out and see people climbing and enjoying themselves!

FAVOURITE PIECE OF PSYCHI GEAR & WHY?

Definitely our big Duffle Bag - it’s bomb proof and I can fit most of my possessions in it.

WHAT DO MOST PEOPLE NOT KNOW ABOUT YOU?

I like to get out into nature and forage for free food. I’ve also been known to DJ whenever anyone will let me.

WHAT’S ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?

To run the Mongolia 100 Mile Race and the Cape Wrath Ultra.
